  LAYING IN BED

One of the activities that is really easy for me to do is to stay all day in bed watching something on the “black mirror” of my computer. Well, that was the last serie that I watched. I didn’t enjoy it really. Watching that I realize that I don’t like series in which the episodes are separated and independent one from the others. I know, the topic it’s the same, but I like to continue watching the same characters and the same story, it’s more dramatic I think, because you follow them and at some point you feel affection for them.

For that reason, a serie that I love is The OC. For the ones who didn’t know, “Medcezir” (mega channel televised it) is a Turkish copy of The OC. My mom watched the Turkish version and she loved it, but I prefer the American version, not that plagiarism. I watched the serie at least 5 times. One of the things that I really liked about the serie was the soundtrack. In some episodes, the characters went to a bar called the “Bait Shop” and the bands were playing there. Rooney, The Killers and Death Cab for Cutie are some of the bands that appear.

Another serie that I really like is American Horror Story. Asylum is my favorite season. I didn’t watch the last two seasons, so I think that is my next date with the screen.

There’s not a kind of series that I prefer, I just watch the first episode of one that I think is going to be good and if it is, I continue watching.

MICHAEL HANEKE

"My favorite movie"... is a really hard decision to make. I'm not going to answer that question with only one movie, sorry teacher. But there's a group that was created by my favorite movie director, Michael Haneke and they are my favorites.

"Funny games", "Amour", "Caché", "The pianist" are my top 4. This movies are really interesting, they pertain to psychological horror genre, so in other words, the movie plays with your mind. I really recommend you to take the risk and watch them.

The objective of the director is that when you watch his films, you can feel like a witness of what is happening, and some of the events are horrible, but you are letting that happens and you're doing nothing to stop them, but watching.

Another thing that he does and i don’t know if is legal or not is that when he shows some murder of an animal, those scenes are real. Because if they were not, you wouldn’t feel so violated, and that’s what he wants.

That dialogue is from “Funny games”, a movie that was made twice, the original is with German actors and then it was remastered frame by frame with american actors. I think this quote explains why of his films, and it’s kind of scary to think about the possiblitie that this could be actually true.
